| Liability |
It is understood by the parties involved that Wandell"s Working Crew is an independant contractor and shall maintain (as appropriate) workers compansation insurance and general liability insurance while performing work at the job location.

Payment to be made as follows: PAID IN FULL UPON COMPLETION with cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express accepted. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.
