What kind of shingle do you use?

My base price starts with a Pro 30 year Owens Corning dimensional shingle. Duration Series, Duration Premium, and different styles are also available. |

Do you use ice guard?

YES. Owens Corning Weatherguard matt is a high quality ice guard. It is installed from the bottom of your roof to a point 24 inches above your inside wall area. |

What about Ventilation?

We use Owens Corning Venture Ridge Vent. It opens up more air flow than regular vents and gives your house a cleaner professional look. |

What kind of warranty do I get?

As a Owens Corning Preferred Contractor I am able to offer double the standard warranty on shingles. An also a 15 year warranty on my workmanship. |

What about my bushes and plants?

We will protect them with the guarantee of replacing them. We also clean up each day and do a final clean up professionally. |

How much Insulation do I need?

We will add up to 10 inches fo the Pink Stuff. It is best to do when doing a new roof for easy access. Call for a Free Quote. |
